Floor Team Member

Full-time & Part-time

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
  • Upsell products to increase sales revenue
  • Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional guest services to create a positive dining experience

Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
