Overview
Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with extraordinary opportunities? At Gallagher, we're recruiting for a collaborative, and results orientated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring best-in-class talent to drive our business forward.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Gallagher by sourcing and securing premier talent across our corporate functions including HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Finance and compliance across the UK and Europe. You'll partner with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while championing our values of inclusion, diversity, and excellence.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Actively source and engage talent through innovative and traditional channels, developing robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Partnering with the Business: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership and HR colleagues, providing advice and consultancy on recruitment strategy, market trends, salary benchmarks and competitor analysis.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring all candidates are informed, prepared, and inspired throughout the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with recruitment marketing to enhance Gallagher's employer brand, utilising compelling candidate materials that showcase our unique culture and opportunities.
  • Selection & Assessment: Collaborate with L&D to implement effective selection methods, including the use of assessment tools, to ensure informed hiring decisions.
  • Governance & Data-Driven Recruitment: Ensure a consistent, detailed, and data-driven recruitment approach, aligning with global SOPs and policies.
  • Champion Inclusion & Diversity: Actively champion and embed Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) throughout the recruitment process, coaching stakeholders to embrace and engage with our I&D strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements and implement best practices to elevate the Talent Acquisition function.

About You

  • Recruitment Expertise: Experience in full-cycle recruiting within an in-house TA role, embedded RPO, or agency.
  • Direct Sourcing Skills: Exceptional ability to source talent through passive and active channels for various business divisions, roles and levels.
  • Relationship Building: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, including senior management.
  • Process Management: Skilled in coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Eligibility: The right to work in the UK.
