Description

  • Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Manage event budgets effectively while ensuring value and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and logistics.
  • Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Evaluate event success and provide detailed post-event reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance event outcomes.

Profile

A successful Events Planner should have:

  • Proven experience in planning and managing events large scale around 2000/3000 attendees .
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of event compliance, including health and safety regulations.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or within a team.
