Description
- Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Manage event budgets effectively while ensuring value and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and logistics.
- Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee seamless execution.
- Evaluate event success and provide detailed post-event reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all events.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance event outcomes.
Profile
A successful Events Planner should have:
- Proven experience in planning and managing events large scale around 2000/3000 attendees .
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of event compliance, including health and safety regulations.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or within a team.
