About the Role

We're looking for a
Social Creative

to join Arcade Creative — a team built to help brands connect with youth audiences at scale through the best creator first, creative thinking in the industry.

Our mission is to deliver
creator-first, creative solutions

that bridge the gap between brands and culture. In this role, you'll work closely with the
Strategy Director

to develop, present, and execute creative ideas that are rooted in creator culture and built for social. You'll take strategic platforms and turn them into stories, formats, and executions that feel native to where audiences actually live — from YouTube and TikTok to Discord and beyond.

You'll help brands find their place in the creator economy by transforming insight-led strategy into bold, creator-powered ideas that resonate authentically with online communities and fans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Development:

Concept and develop creative ideas in response to client briefs — bringing strategic platforms to life through engaging, creator-first storytelling.
- Creative Execution:

Work with the strategy and production teams to execute social and creator-led campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Creator Insight:

Leverage your understanding of creator culture to craft ideas that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and community-driven.
- Pitch & Presentation:

Help build and present creative decks that clearly show how ideas move from strategy to standout social executions.
- Cultural Curiosity:

Stay deeply plugged into digital culture — from Discord servers and subreddits to viral trends and fandom spaces — identifying opportunities for brands to show up meaningfully.
- Collaboration:

Partner with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure ideas are both creatively ambitious and deliverable.
- Platform Fluency:

Understand how each platform works, what drives engagement, and how creators build community and connection.
- Visualisation (desirable):

Use tools like Midjourney, Photoshop, or similar to visualise creative concepts and bring ideas to life in presentations.

About You

You're a creative thinker who lives online. You understand the creator landscape because you've lived it — whether that's growing a channel, creating your own content, or just spending a little too much time on Discord. You know what makes audiences engage, share, and care, and you love bringing strategic ideas to life through creative storytelling.

You'll have:

  • 1–3 years' experience in social creative, branded content, or creator marketing.
  • A strong understanding of creator-led content and youth culture.
  • Experience concepting or producing campaigns across multiple social platforms.
  • Comfort using creative tools (desirable) (e.g. Google Slides, Photoshop, Midjourney, Canva, Figma)
  • A flair for storytelling and developing content that feels native to digital platforms.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and collaborating with strategy and production teams.
  • A proactive, curious mindset — just as comfortable exploring Discord as crafting a creative deck.
  • Ideally, some first-hand experience as a creator or managing a growing content channel.
