  • Creative Content Creator - London, UK
  • Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend (Outside of IR35)
  • Hybrid working - 2 days a week in our Camden office, however must be available to attend client events across London as and when needed as our clients are in the live entertainment space
  • Pay dependent on experience

About the role:

We're looking for a Creative Content Manager to lead the development and execution of engaging and innovative content across social channels. From playful Reels to scroll-stopping posts, you'll create content that captures attention, builds connection and grows our clients' community. You know how to tell a story and tap into what audiences are loving, sharing, and talking about right now.

This is a hands-on, highly creative role with huge scope and particularly well suited to anyone who loves live entertainment and is keen to get a glimpse of what goes on behind the curtain No two days will be the same; one day you will be editing content for a singing retreat, the next you'll be backstage filming trends with the stars of a West End show

What you'll be doing:

  • Content Production - Plan, script, shoot and edit standout social-first content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and beyond
  • Trendspotting - You know what sounds and trends are working on TikTok and how to make them relevant to our audience
  • Campaign Collaboration - Work closely with social manager, venue marketing and paid teams to amplify launches, initiatives and events with fresh, engaging social content

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social content creation (agency or in-house)
  • Deep understanding of what works on each social platform and how to adapt tone and format
  • Strong video production and editing skills - Adobe Premiere Pro ideally
  • Confident in directing talent on camera
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Understanding of internet culture, storytelling and creators
