Social Creative | up to £45k

My client, a brilliant and thriving creative agency, is seeking a Social Creative with an impressive conceptual outlook and a passion for culture and creativity. They are looking for someone who thrives on doing things differently and possesses an inquisitive nature to spot new trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will join a full-service creative communications agency that partners with ambitious and innovative brands to create brilliant social ideas that capture current cultural and social trends.

The agency's work spans a variety of channels, including social media, digital, OOH, PR, and audio. They have a proven track record of multi-channel capabilities, delivering brand strategy, campaign creation, and more, all driven by rigorous insight. This includes recent award wins and nominations from prestigious organisations like the Lovies, Drum Awards, and EMEA Sabres.

What the Social Creative Will Do:

  • Create social concepts and ideas, and bring them to life across various platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Confidently pitch and sell ideas to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Capture content, taking social and cultural trends into account.
  • Elevate the agency's existing creative outputs by acting as a leader and mentor.
  • Instigate the development of new creative opportunities with the existing client base.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the creative team, studio, and social client team.

What the Agency is Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working at creative agencies (such as PR, communications, advertising, or digital).
  • Multi-disciplinary delivery experience in areas like film, digital campaigns, and social media.
  • The versatility and flexibility to take on different roles throughout a project.
