THE ROLE (FULL-TIME):

We're seeking a skilled Level 2 or 3 practitioner to join our incredible team in Shinfield.

Your day will include:

  • Creating purposeful learning moments
  • Bringing the EYFS to life through play
  • Building real relationships with your key children
  • Working side-by-side with a supportive team
  • Communicating confidently with families
  • Keeping the room flowing with calm, structure and joy
  • Bringing humor, creativity and humanity into the space

ABOUT YOU

You are:

Level 2 or 3 qualified

Experienced (2 years+)

Naturally positive — even on busy days

Someone who sees solutions, not problems

Able to travel to Shinfield
