What You'll Be Doing (the real version)

  • Getting stuck into activities that actually mean something to the children.
  • Teach & Play with intent, linking back to the EYFS curriculum to be effective.
  • Working as a practitioner and keeping the day flowing smoothly.
  • Helping with mealtimes, nappies, naps — the usual, but done the HTP way.
  • Being present, engaging, and part of the children's world.
  • Keeping the place tidy, organised and full of good vibes.

Expected hours: 27 – 40 per week
