Summary

We're looking for a Speech and Language Therapist (NQP or experienced) to join our growing speech team (currently consisting of two Speech Therapists).

In this role, you'll be part of our Speech and Language Therapy team and work closely alongside our Occupational Therapy team of 10 therapists. You'll play a vital role in supporting children's development through specialist assessments, 1:1 therapy sessions, and school visits, collaborating across disciplines to deliver the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments for children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's progress.
  • Deliver therapy sessions at our Horsham studio and during termly school visits.
  • Stay updated with the latest practices in speech therapy and pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist
  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Flexible start and finish times to suit early or late schedules.

  • Two Therapy rooms located ground floor
  • Staff office with ergonomic desks for each team member.
  • Staff kitchen/dining room and a separate staff toilet.
