Job Title: Contract Supervisor (Site and Office Based)

About Us: Si-Serve, part of the Dickerman Group, is a leading provider of industry services specific to water utilities primarily undertaking media refurbishment works, and also operating within the petrochemical sector. With a strong commitment to excellence and safety, we are currently seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves both site and office-based responsibilities, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of contracts on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Day-to-day management of site staff and contractors, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and site activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to site staff and contractors as needed and to provide technical knowledge and methods of work.

Required Skillset:

  • Proven experience in managing contracts on-site, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
  • Full UK driving licence
