Job Description

Join us as a Programme Manager and lead the delivery of a major Public Safety programme. You'll drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while managing change and ensuring successful outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end programme delivery – planning, resourcing, and execution.
  • Lead internal and external customer-facing boards, representing NEC at senior levels.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Drive commercial success – oversee P&L, forecasting, billing, and change control.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Navigate contracts and governance with commercial acumen.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in complex IT service delivery and programme management.
  • Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Track record of delivering cloud/hosted infrastructure programmes.
  • Commercial savvy with P&L ownership and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with programme management methodologies and tools.
