We're looking for an
Insurance Vice President - Business Development
who thrives on innovation and strategic thinking to join a growing team to help shape the future of Insurance solutions and services. In this role, you'll:

  • Drive growth
    by shaping cutting-edge insurance solutions and outsource services.
  • Collaborate with industry SME's
    to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The role involves generating leads and opportunities, delivering presentations, driving sales, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts — all aimed at meeting objectives for client growth and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic initiatives to deliver cutting-edge insurance services and solutions to new clients within the London Market
  • Mentor and guide teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in insurance operations, consulting or vendor sales
  • Experience in London Market or Lloyd's of London
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
