The Opportunity
This is a critical leadership role for an experienced VP of Sales & Customer Success who will take ownership of all revenue-generating functions. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will drive growth from approximately $5M ARR today to $20M+ in 2026 and $40M+ in 2027.
You'll be responsible for developing the global GTM strategy, unifying Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams, and creating a scalable outbound engine. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for someone ready to shape a high-performing commercial organization in one of AI's most exciting markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the global GTM organization across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering
- Design and execute a predictable, ROI-driven revenue model
- Establish a unified sales methodology to align commercial teams across regions
- Develop the U.S. market and introduce a scalable outbound motion
- Lead strategic pricing, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Drive growth within existing enterprise clients through upselling and cross-selling
- Partner closely with the Founder on commercial strategy and Series B preparation
Ideal Candidate
Must-haves:
- Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS or AI business from $5M to $20M+ ARR
- Strong experience leading enterprise and mid-market teams (ACV $50K–$250K+)
- Leadership across European and U.S. markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution skills in high-growth settings
- Ability to engage technical buyers such as engineers and product leaders
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in computer vision or AI/ML software
- Experience leading U.S. go-to-market expansion for a European startup
- Exposure to fundraising, board collaboration, or executive-level strategy
