Due to expansion ATCS require Senior Homecare Workers to assist our existing team to maintain our high standards of care.
The role will include;
- Providing initial care and support for new packages whilst a long term rota and worker match is completed.
- Work alongside Homecare workers and provide support and guidance as necessary.
- Support new staff with shadowing and mentoring shifts
- Assisting the Care-Coordinator's with the completion and updates of daily routines
To fulfill this role you will require;
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of legislation and current good practice.
- QCF L2 Health and social care or equivalent preferred
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Have a full driving license with access to a car
