Due to expansion ATCS require Senior Homecare Workers to assist our existing team to maintain our high standards of care.

The role will include;

  • Providing initial care and support for new packages whilst a long term rota and worker match is completed.
  • Work alongside Homecare workers and provide support and guidance as necessary.
  • Support new staff with shadowing and mentoring shifts
  • Assisting the Care-Coordinator's with the completion and updates of daily routines

To fulfill this role you will require;

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of legislation and current good practice.
  • QCF L2 Health and social care or equivalent preferred
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Have a full driving license with access to a car
