Job Title: Care Home Senior Support Worker

Location: Walton-on-Thames KT12

Pay: £13.60 per hour

Type: Permanent

Shift: Nights

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated night care team. You will take an active role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to residents, supervising and supporting staff throughout the shift, and ensuring all care plans are followed effectively. With a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and respect, you will help create a positive and safe environment for all residents.

Reports To: Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Nurse

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a senior or team leader care role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to manage and motivate team members

Education and Qualification:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
