This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will build your business knowledge and create strong relationships across divisions; you will have responsibility for pulling together high-quality commercial analysis for a range of key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build reports and Power BI dashboards to help the business understand performance and areas of risk and opportunities.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly commercial finance reports to functional leaders to drive data-based decision making. Core focus areas include, Sales, Revenue, Net Retention Rates %, Headcount.  
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to help support decision makers. 
  • Continually adapt and improve financial reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate on preparing presentations to visualise and communicate all the above with various stake holders throughout the company. 
  • Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making across the group.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Power BI and/or similar dashboard reporting systems
  • Excel modelling and financial reporting
  • SaaS/recurring revenue models
  • High attention to detail; works accurately and quickly and has good organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines including ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time.
