We're supporting a PE-backed business in the search for a talented FP&A Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This is a newly created role following a recent merger, which has increased both the scale and complexity of financial planning across the organisation. With further M&A activity expected, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, commercially focused FP&A position with genuine long-term progression.

The role is fully remote, with occasional onsite meetings, and offers strong visibility across the organisation, including direct exposure to senior leadership and investors.

The Opportunity

As FP&A Analyst, you'll support the Group's planning, forecasting and performance insight, working closely with stakeholders across the business to build robust models, challenge assumptions and deliver clear, actionable analysis.

The business has recently implemented Anaplan, and full training will be provided so you can help drive adoption and embed the system into future planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll support and enhance financial models and planning structures, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with evolving business requirements .
  • You'll analyse key KPIs and trends, distilling complex data into meaningful insight for senior leadership teams .
  • You'll assist in preparing and consolidating budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans, partnering across the business to validate assumptions and ensure data integrity throughout each cycle .
  • You'll also support investor-related reporting, producing timely analysis and responding to key data requests as needed .

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with solid FP&A experience
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholder decision-making
