Role Summary
We are looking for a Cleanroom Team Leader
to manage a team of operators within our controlled cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on role that combines production leadership, mentoring, quality oversight, maintaining compliance and essential HR coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key part in people management — from performance reviews and training to attendance reporting and supporting staff wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleanroom operators and manage daily work schedule and allocation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO13485, cGMP, and HSE standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting on productivity, rejects, rework and departmental KPI requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Support QA with investigations, documentation, and process improvements.
- Deliver training, conduct appraisals, and maintain up-to-date training records.
- HR-related duties
including time and attendance reporting, absence management, and handling of minor staff grievances.
Skills & Experience
- Must be reliable, enthusiastic, with good time management skills.
- 2 – 3 years' experience managing teams within a regulated controlled production environment; such as, Medical devices, Pharmaceutical, Food or similar.
- Knowledge of cGMP, LEAN principles, and Quality Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as attendance tracking and grievance handling.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer literate and proactive.
- Good Level of English and Maths
