Description

You will oversee and manage a team of customer service advisors providing line management as well as supporting the team to deliver excellent results

  • Motivate and lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered
  • Coaching and development of the agents
  • Work closely with senior management to drive potential changes around process and procedure
  • Undertaking probationary reviews and monthly 1 to 1 meetings
  • Equipping the team to manage and organize their workload to ensure targets are reached effectively
  • Dealing with any escalations and investigating accordingly
  • Providing management information and reporting on all aspects of team activity

Profile

Previous team leader experience ideally have worked within a professional services environment

Strong people and performance management skills, including mentoring and developing teams

Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service

Able to work in a volume fast paced regulated environment

Set the standards in terms of the company culture and standards of excellence
