We started by building a tool that turns customer touch-points into high-value audiences synchronised across all your marketing platforms. Our approach is unique: we're building the first modular CDP that's compliant with data protection laws and doesn't store any customer information.

Our ultimate goal is to create an all-in-one product that covers every aspect of your marketing journey, so you can optimise your business performance. We have recently secured funding from top-tier VC funds and are ready to accelerate our development and bring our ambitious product roadmap to life

Your responsibilities

We're looking for a talented Founding UK SDR

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cold Outreach: Actively identify and reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build a strong pipeline. Cold calling is currently our strongest channel, so expect lots of this
  • Book Qualified Meetings: Schedule demonstrations of the platform for the VP Sales and AEs with Director-level + individuals at some of the world's most innovative D2C brands.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, etc.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a robust pipeline by continuously adding and nurturing prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
  • Account Planning: Develop strategies for key accounts, understanding their needs and how the product can address those needs.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM with all activities, prospect information, and sales progress to maintain accurate records.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding the effectiveness of lead sources, product features, and market conditions.

Ideal candidate profile

The ideal candidates are excited about building something from the ground up and will tackle the inevitable challenges around starting something from scratch head-on.

We would expect you to have:

  • Phone first hunter mentality: You're willing to run through walls to create pipeline and certainly willing to pick up the phone and dial.
  • Excellent communicator: You can articulate complex ideas simply
  • Competitive: You want to win, and you want to be surrounded by winners
  • Able to be in Central London 4 days a week minimum - Monday to Friday
  • Hungry, Committed, Accountable, and Ambitious.

We would love you to also have, but not essential:

  • 1+ Years in B2B selling in a prospecting role is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
