We are looking for a dynamic Sales Producer to join our bustling production department and help drive the growth of our live, sales-focused digital content. In this role, you'll take the lead in planning, producing, and executing live product-focused streams (similar to TikTok Shop–style content) that are engaging, sales-driven, and brand-aligned.

You'll work closely with on-screen talent, product experts, and the wider digital and marketing teams to create compelling live content that both entertains and converts. A strong interest in sales, numbers, performance metrics, and digital retail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce and oversee live shopping streams across our digital platforms, ensuring a polished and seamless viewer experience.

· Collaborate with on-screen presenters, influencers, and product specialists to prepare scripts, demos, formats, and key sales messaging.

· Plan live show concepts, product line-ups, and promotional angles with a focus on driving revenue and improving conversion.

· Analyse performance data, sales results, viewer behaviour, and engagement metrics to optimise future live content.

· Work alongside the production team to coordinate set design, lighting, props, product samples, and technical requirements.

· Ensure livestreams run smoothly in real time; problem-solving quickly and keeping the production on track.

· Stay up to date with trends in live shopping, social commerce, and digital retail to help push our content forward.

· Support post-show reviews and continuously suggest improvements in workflow, creative approach, and sales strategy.

This is a unique hybrid role that blends content production, sales, and live performance. You might come from social media, video production, retail management, influencer marketing, or live events - if you love fast-paced creative work with a commercial edge, this could be for you.

  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset who enjoys balancing storytelling with sales results.

  • Calm, confident multitasker who performs well under pressure, especially during live broadcasts.

  • Organised, energetic, and adaptable, able to thrive in a busy production environment.

  • Experience in live video, social media livestreams, directing talent, product demos, or customer-facing events.

  • Strong interest in sales performance and data, motivated by conversion and results.

  • Comfortable working with presenters, influencers, or sales talent on camera.

  • An interest in crafting or DIY is a bonus, not essential.
