**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**
An opportunity has arisen for is recruiting a Customer Services Representative at our Specialty Polymers and Resins business based in Newton Aycliffe. You will be part of a small team providing excellent customer service and managing all sales orders effectively.

**About the role**
As part of the Commercial Team you will be processing sales orders, as well as managing invoicing, Brexit and general administration. This role will also support the sales team with weekly and monthly reporting activities. With proven customer service experience, preferably gained within a manufacturing environment, you will be working effectively with customers across Europe and our wider global markets.
**What we are looking for**
- The ability to self-manage, be highly organised and professional with a strong attention to detail.
- A service orientated style and flexibility will mean you are able to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- You will have the proven ability to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills are essential, as is a detailed knowledge of international shipping and the associated customs documentation requirements.
- Experience of SAP SD is preferable.
- Knowledge of another European language would be an advantage.
