Role Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you'll spearhead our charge into new and exciting economic sectors. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be crucial in identifying and crafting unique value propositions that leverage our Project Brains fractional working model to enhance productivity and agility across industries.

Key Responsibilities:


• Research and explore new business opportunities in sectors like data centres, housing construction, renewable energy, and social care.


• Develop tailored sales propositions that align with our innovative edge and market demands.


• Proactively engage in B2B sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships.


• Iterate on business strategies based on market feedback, ensuring a biweekly cycle of innovation and adaptation.


• Collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing insights and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:


• Currently pursuing an advanced degree (Master's) in management or a related field.


• A bachelor's degree with a record of strong academic performance.


• Experience in sales — B2B, B2C, retail, consulting, or technology sectors preferred.


• Strong entrepreneurial drive and a knack for thinking outside the box.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adapt to change.

Success Indicators:


• Quick assimilation of our competitive advantages and the application of these to new market sectors.


• Demonstrated entrepreneurial initiatives leading to proactive client engagement and opportunity development.


• Proficiency in creating and refining sales propositions in line with our biweekly innovation cycles.
