You will be involved in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of change management frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure consistency, promote best practice and build change capability across EO. Reporting into the Head of Business Change Management, the role will work closely with business change managers, project teams, and other stakeholders. Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
Help to continuously evolve the practice based on feedback, lessons learned, and organisational maturity.
Drive innovation in change approaches, including digital tools, behavioural science, and agile change techniques.
Change Delivery
Lead the planning and execution of change management activities to support successful delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness are effectively managed.
Develop and implement change strategies and plans that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise benefits realisation across impacted teams and functions.
About you

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in building and scaling communities of practice or centres of excellence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Sharepoint, Teams)
