Change Manager – M365

Duration: 6 months initial

Day Rate: £600 inside IR35

Location: UK Wide office presence

We are actively seeking a Change Manager to join a renowned organization who is going through a significant amount of change. The Change Manager will drive the business readiness and adoption for a major M365 migration and enterprise-wide device deployment across multiple divisions.

The role of the Change Manager is pivotal. You will ensure that people, processes and technology come together seamlessly, translating complex technical plans into actionable change strategies and enabling thousands of colleagues to adopt new ways of working.

Key Skills for the Change Manager:

  • Over 10 years' experience delivering organisational change for large-scale IT transformations (e.g. M365, device deployments, desktop refreshes).
  • Proven success engaging senior stakeholders and influencing across technical and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of M365 workloads (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and device management tools (Intune, Autopilot).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications, training and adoption strategies.
  • Skilled in applying change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci or similar.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Confident with metrics and benefits tracking to evidence adoption and readiness.
