Are you a skilled Senior Maintenance Coordinator, Scheduler? Join our client's innovative property management company to plan, schedule, and coordinate materials, equipment, and engineering for luxury property clients and work orders. Use your initiative and independent judgment to excel in this role within a forward-thinking team that values your expertise

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs
Review and coordinate corrective maintenance (CM) requests
Administer the Job Logic maintenance management system
Plan and schedule work for Engineers
Ensure spare parts availability
Provide excellent customer service
Generate reports from Job Logic
Inspect completed jobs and re-prioritize as needed
Estimate materials and labor for projects
Ensure safety compliance
Maintain data and prepare maintenance reports
Assist with general office tasks
Requirements:
Experience working on luxury properties
Experience managing a small team
Knowledge of maintenance practices in power plants or water/wastewater systems
Experience in work order scheduling and computerized systems
Minimum of 3 years in Building or Property Maintenance
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with Job Logic (preferred)

Friendly, positive, and customer service-oriented
Able to manage a small team
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
