Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual to handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

  • **Locks**: Changing and repairing locks to maintain security.
  • **Plumbing**: Performing general plumbing repairs to ensure proper water flow and drainage.
  • **Painting and Decorating**: Enhancing the aesthetic appeal of spaces through painting and decorating.
  • **Carpentry**: Conducting general carpentry tasks for structural integrity.
  • **Electrical Repairs**: Fixing sockets, lights, and extractor fans to maintain electrical safety.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage booking and cancellation procedures and perform room/property spot checks.
