The Role:
As a Private Club Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our exclusive members-only space, ensuring every detail runs flawlessly. This role combines leadership, exceptional service, and a passion for creating bespoke experiences in one of London's most prestigious settings.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the smooth daily operations of our Private Club.
Deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations.
Build lasting relationships with members and anticipate their needs.
Lead and inspire a team to maintain the highest standards.
Ensure flawless food and beverage service in collaboration with the kitchen.
Handle member requests and special occasions with grace and discretion.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Operate POS systems accurately and support administrative tasks.
What You Bring:
Experience in a luxury hospitality supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm, professional presence under pressure.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with POS systems (Micros preferred).
A passion for delivering bespoke, luxury experiences.
Flexibility to support other F&B areas when needed.
Schedule and Hours:
Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club is open Monday to Friday only.
The Club Supervisor will be working various shift times covering the Club opening times of 7:00 am to 11:30 pm.
