Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive Unloq's expansion across the UK, Europe and USA by securing strategic partnerships with large corporates and financial institutions. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities within the supply chain finance ecosystem.

You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and crafting tailored financing solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win key accounts within retail, FMCG, logistics, and related sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with Unloq's solutions, product, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution design and onboarding for large clients.
  • Represent Unloq at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of trade finance, working capital, and supply chain finance trends to position Unloq competitively in the market.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets with accountability and transparency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally within supply chain finance, trade finance, fintech, or commercial banking.
  • Proven record of closing large, complex deals ($3M+ ARR or equivalent deal value).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Confident engaging at C-suite level.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling fintech environment.
  • Knowledge of structured finance, receivables financing, or working capital optimisation solutions is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field); MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
