About the Role

As our
Conference & Events Producer
, you'll play a central role in shaping and delivering a portfolio of high-impact
conferences, exhibitions, and networking dinners
across the UK.

You'll lead on
speaker acquisition, agenda design, and end-to-end operational delivery
, ensuring every event educates, excites and inspires.

This is a hands-on, idea-driven role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing


Speaker Sourcing & Management

  • Researching and securing top-tier industry experts, innovators and senior leaders.
  • Shaping compelling keynotes and lively panel discussions.
  • Briefing speakers to ensure they deliver value-driven, audience-focused content.


Event & Project Delivery

  • Leading the operational delivery of conferences, exhibitions and dinners.
  • Managing relationships with clients, venues and partners.
  • Overseeing agenda development and driving powerful narratives throughout the programme.
  • Coordinating with internal teams—
    Marketing, Sales, Design and Content
    —to ensure seamless event execution.


Research & Innovation

  • Exploring emerging trends, sectors and themes to create new-event concepts.
  • Identifying gaps in the market and shaping events that stand out.
