Senior Commercial Finance Manager, Driving Strategic Growth Through Financial InsightThis is more than just a finance role, you will be linking up with our sales teams to ensure you are the heart of commercial decision-making, challenging the status quo and influencing change across our business.

You will:
  • Deliver high-impact financial analysis to support tenders, promotions, and strategic business planning
  • Act as a key strategic finance lead, partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams
  • Mitigate inflationary pressures with actionable solutions via sales and category insights
  • Improve margin performance through pricing strategy and new product development evaluations
  • Provide pre- and post-promotional analysis to guide effective decision-making
  • Evaluate raw material alternatives with cost-impact assessments and scenario planning
  • Manage customer profitability reporting, offering challenge and support to commercial leads
  • Deliver insightful product costing analysis using "what-if" scenarios and margin forecasts
  • Support commercial strategies through robust financial modelling and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects with a financial lens
