Head of Business – Audi Grimsby
The Role
As Head of Business, you will lead Audi Grimsby with a hands-on yet strategic approach - fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the dealership, whilst setting the vision for long-term growth. This role demands close collaboration across the wider JCT600 business. You will work seamlessly with support teams, other Heads of Business, and the wider division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations: Be actively involved with the sales team daily, based in sales, offering support, guidance, and leadership. Lead from the front in driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded, and fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment.
  • Day-to-Day Leadership: Take an active role in the dealership's operations, ensuring sales processes, customer service, and operational standards are flawlessly executed.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct constant checks, audits, and reviews to ensure strict adherence to Audi's brand standards and compliance requirements. Ensure that all operational, financial, and customer-facing aspects of the dealership are in line with Audi's and JCT600's exacting standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with JCT600 teams, such as Marketing, the People Team, Accounts and Administration, as well as other Heads of Business across the division and wider company. Foster open communication and shared solutions to drive overall success.
  • Exceptional Team Player: Build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Lead with humility, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of shared goals and mutual respect.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use your analytical and numerical expertise to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Data and Reporting will be a key daily discipline.
  • Customer Experience: Personally champion a world-class customer journey, ensuring Audi Grimsby consistently exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain rigorous standards in every aspect of the dealership, ensuring it reflects the precision and excellence of the Audi brand and JCT600.
  • Adaptable Leadership and Critical Thinking: Approach challenges with flexibility and composure, maintaining a calm and measured presence to guide your team through changing circumstances.
  • Brand Representation: Be a true ambassador for JCT600, embodying the company's values with integrity, humility, and professionalism.

About You
We're looking for an exceptional, hands-on leader with a passion for automotive retail and a willingness to be deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the business. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • A proven track record of driving performance across both sales and aftersales, with a leadership approach that is strategic, visible, and performance-driven.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and shape long-term growth through change.
  • Visible, people-first leadership, inspiring and developing high-performing teams while maintaining presence with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Resilience, humility and collaboration, leading with composure, teamwork and a customer-focused mindset that reflects JCT600's exacting standards.
