Role Description
This is a contract-based and fully remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of market research fieldwork, ensuring that timelines and expectations are met. Daily tasks include managing logistics, expediting processes, overseeing project inspections, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders. The role requires diligent planning, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Assist in the coordination and execution of qualitative and quantitative fieldwork projects.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare project materials such as screeners, respondent lists, and briefing documents.
- Manage respondent recruitment and scheduling for interviews, focus groups, or surveys.
- Monitor fieldwork progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.
- Support budget tracking and ensure projects are delivered within scope and quality standards.
- Contribute to project documentation and post-project evaluations
About you
- Prior experience in
market research
,
fieldwork coordination
, or a
client service
role is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to handle clients, suppliers, and respondents professionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Must be able to work remotely during 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM UK time
