London Area, United Kingdom Mane Contract Services Full time

We are a leading specialist in façade access and BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) systems, delivering bespoke engineered solutions for major construction and high-rise projects across London and the UK. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and internal growth, we are now looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support our engineering and project delivery teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with engineering knowledge and 1–3+ years' experience in project coordination, project delivery, or technical administration who wants to develop into a full project role within a niche, high-growth engineering company.

The Role

You will support the Project Manager(s) across the full lifecycle of façade access projects — from design coordination and documentation through to scheduling, tracking, delivery, and on-site coordination.

This is an office-based role in London Bridge, with occasional site visits to liaise with clients, contractors, and the internal engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of BMU / façade access projects
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, drawings and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, engineering, commercial, operations)
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
  • Assist with RAMS, O&M manuals, technical packs and compliance documentation
  • Track project progress, timelines, actions and milestones
  • Attend occasional site meetings to support project delivery
  • Provide administrative and technical project support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Construction, Design, or similar
  • 1–3+ years' experience in project coordination, technical administration, project delivery, or junior project management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read or understand technical drawings (training provided if needed)
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, lifting equipment, or façade access
  • Understanding of RAMS / O&M documentation
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across a project lifecycle

What's On Offer

  • £35,000 – £40,000 starting salary (DOE)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance
  • Clear progression path into Project Manager or Technical Delivery roles
  • Work with a long-established, specialist engineering company
  • Supportive team and genuine career development

How to Apply

If you're an engineering-minded, organised and ambitious individual looking to grow in a technical project environment, we'd love to hear from you.
