Role Overview

Being a Delivery Manager at FSP is about much more than Project Management. As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable not only for delivering projects to quality, time, cost and scope but for establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships, seeking new business opportunities and supporting operations in our dynamic and rapidly growing business.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our high performing Products and Programmes team, someone who is enthusiastic about building client relationships and helping their clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and delivery of projects throughout all project lifecycle stages
  • Identifying new client opportunities and managing them through to contractual agreement
  • Working closely with clients at their office locations or remotely
  • Budget Management
  • Project planning and progress reporting
  • Internal and client project financial reporting
  • Resource planning and management –coordinating effective utilisation of resources across the business to ensure maximum efficiency and output
  • Risk, Issue, Assumption and Dependency management

About you

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience across multiple industries
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification (Preferred)
  • Confident in budget and commercial management of projects
  • Understanding of Information Technology projects
  • An appreciation of change management and its importance within project delivery
  • Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary project team
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services organisation
  • A strong understanding of risk management
  • Capable of senior stakeholder management
