As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you'll guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital services. You'll champion Agile practices, remove blockers, and foster collaboration. We're looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative digital services that make a real difference. You'll be the go-to person for driving Agile best practices, removing blockers, encouraging collaboration, and helping teams continuously improve how they work. Whether it's shaping delivery strategy or keeping things running smoothly, you'll play a key role in making sure we deliver value early and often.
There are several exciting opportunities across different teams. In Data and Analytics, you'll help align transformation projects with DWP's Data Strategy, working with digital and data experts to build secure, user-friendly services powered by modern architecture. In Cyber Security, you'll lead delivery around Microsoft Sentinel, balancing project work and BAU in a SOC environment. You'll also have the chance to work on health and disability services, collaborating across policy, strategy, and service delivery to improve support for vulnerable users.
You'll be part of a thriving Agile Delivery Manager community, sharing insights and learning from others. Day to day, you'll champion Agile ways of working, motivate teams, remove delivery barriers, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll foster a culture of feedback and iteration, helping teams stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Agile Delivery Leadership - You can lead digital delivery across multiple phases in agile environments, ensuring teams stay focused, adaptive, and aligned to outcomes.

, whichever you prefer.
We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work and collaborate flexibly. We work a hybrid model - you'll be in the office about 60% of the time, and 40% home working.
We offer competitive pay of up to
£75,748.
