Hybrid – Newcastle/Leeds
Join us as an IT Delivery Manager and lead the successful delivery of key technology initiatives across the business. You'll act as a hybrid Scrum Master and Project Manager, enabling teams to excel, removing blockers, and keeping projects on track, on time, and aligned with business priorities. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Architecture, PMO, and business teams, you'll ensure delivery is transparent, coordinated, and value-driven.
What you will be doing:
- Delivery Leadership - Lead and coordinate IT and digital initiatives across Agile teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to high quality. You'll act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement.
- Governance and Reporting - Drive visibility, reporting, and governance, managing risks, dependencies, and performance against milestones.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Promote continuous improvement, championing Agile and hybrid delivery practices while fostering accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvements across IT delivery.
About you
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in IT, software, or digital delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, with experience managing multi-team, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and using project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to drive delivery.
- Professional certification such as CSM or PSM is desirable but not essential.
