WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be: December 2025
- This role offers a starting salary of £29,000.00 per annum, based on competence & experience.
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week, including alternate weekends per month.
- Shift patterns range from 6am to 9.30pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience coordinating a team in a Delivery Service environment, with the motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise and organise yours and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
- Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Secure an efficient performing operation for the IKEA Delivery Service to ensure all deliveries are successfully delivered to our customers..
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Responsible to secure a safe and compliant environment for all co-workers, including ensuring vehicles are compliant and co-workers are compliant with driving regulations.
- Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling, cost per vehicle, all while ensuring we secure the customer experience.
