WHAT WE OFFER

  • The Start Date of employment will be: December 2025
  • This role offers a starting salary of £29,000.00 per annum, based on competence & experience.
  • 39 Hours working 5 days per week, including alternate weekends per month.
  • Shift patterns range from 6am to 9.30pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Previous experience coordinating a team in a Delivery Service environment, with the motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise and organise yours and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Secure an efficient performing operation for the IKEA Delivery Service to ensure all deliveries are successfully delivered to our customers..
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
  • Responsible to secure a safe and compliant environment for all co-workers, including ensuring vehicles are compliant and co-workers are compliant with driving regulations.
  • Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling, cost per vehicle, all while ensuring we secure the customer experience.
