Care Setting: Autism & Mental Health Supported Living - 4 self-contained flats
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week.
Shifts: Monday to Friday

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:
Proven Experience & Skills
- Managing services for individuals with complex Learning Disabilities/Autism/Mental Health
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and CQC standards.
- Leading in multi-agency settings, contributing to assessments, crisis planning, and service development
- Contributing to the co-design and co-production of service models that reflect tenant voice and values.
- Supporting the use of assistive technology and digital solutions to enhance independence and service efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
- Understanding of safeguarding, MCA & DoLS, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and partnership working skills.
- Experience in service mobilisation and transition planning.
- Familiarity with NHS commissioning and procurement processes.
- Knowledge and Training in Safety Intervention, trauma-informed care, and autism-specific approaches.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive manual or automatic mobility cars
