Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced multi-skilled electrician/plumber/maintenance person to join our busy team. We manage works across several companies, so reliability and efficiency are essential.

What the job involves

  • Day-to-day maintenance works in residential properties
  • Electrical, plumbing, joinery and general repair tasks
  • Jobs assigned through our app (login/logout + job notes)
  • Working independently but communicating clearly with the office
  • Helping us keep works on schedule

Requirements

  • Must have your own van
  • Must be willing to be on a GPS tracker (same as Google Maps-style tracking)
  • Competent in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
  • Able to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Good communication — we want to reduce back-and-forth conversations
  • Professional, punctual, and trustworthy
