Domiciliary Carer Stafford & Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are looking for a Domiciliary Carer to join our team in Stafford and the surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £13 to £15 per hour. Your role will be pivotal in empowering our Clients to live independently. We offer a competitive package to reflect your skills and commitment.

Shifts:

  • 7am - 14:30pm
  • 15:00pm -22:00pm

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to Clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support Clients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, offering guidance, structure, and reassurance
  • Help Clients take medication and manage their care plans
  • Encourage independence and assist with mobility
  • Support access to community activities and social engagement
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Respect and uphold Clients rights, choices, and safety
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
  • Attend meetings and training as required
  • What Were Looking For
  • No experience required just a caring and empathetic attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
