**Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate Care Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised care and assistance.
**Duties**:
- Providing high-quality care services to individuals in line with their care plans.
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing.
- Administering medication as prescribed and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily exercises.
- Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to ensure holistic care.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, dementia care, or related fields.
- First aid certification and knowledge of patient care best practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients.
- Proficient in meal preparation and medication administration.
- Understanding of assisted living principles and practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: £11.44-£13.75 per hour
