TCMM Shutter Group specialises in the supply of made-to-measure and DIY window shutters in both B2C and B2B markets. Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategist to join and head up our social media channels across our 9 brands. Responsible for medium term strategy and daily execution of our social activity to meet evolving needs.
As a key member of our Brand Team, the Social Media Strategist will build a channel strategy and content plan for the different channels, support and drive the paid media approach alongside our Performance Team and create content that embeds brand positioning, drives sales and delivers storytelling aligned to the brand plans.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in social media strategy and management with strong commercial orientation, analytical approaches and creative case studies to bring to the role.

Office Hours: 37.5 hr week. However, due to the nature of this role hours will need to be flexible to maximise opportunities which means out of hours work when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Build and execute a social media channel strategy to achieve the commercial and brand goals of the portfolio. Lead in the creation of a content strategy to support social media objectives. Implement a data driven approach to planning and overall social media strategy.
Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse daily and monthly performance of media, timings, frequency, mechanics and creative to drive a test an learn approach to social media campaigns, constantly feeding back learnings to create a successful playbook for each brand. Investigate opportunities to extract more value from social channels including social listening and implementing of industry standards and benchmarking.
Paid Media
: Support in the creation and monitoring of paid social campaigns alongside the PPC Manager and agencies, analysing key metrics (CTR, CPA and ROAS)
Organic:
Deliver industry leading social destinations which drive repeat visits, return on investment and increase share of voice. Own the scheduling and upkeep on all platforms.
Platform Management:
Own the social platforms and keep up to date with new platforms, new technologies and changes on existing platforms to maximise presence and deliver objectives.
Brand Building:
Deliver storytelling and embed the key aspects of the brand code across social media channels aligned to the brand plans and guidelines. Tap into trends and conversations in real time to create disruption and amplify the brands.
Content delivery:
Working with the brand team plan and oversee all content initiatives across both organic and paid social channels, repurposing and creating to tailor to the specific needs of the social channels.
Community Engagement:
Drive growth and conversations across social media channels to build following, increase database signups and participate in trending conversations to drive relevance.
Partnerships
: Support the brand teams in the identified partnerships to expand reach and amplify activity across brands.
Social media support
: Support other areas of the brand activity with real time commentary and audience engagement across events, campaigns and milestones. Support the customer service teams with appropriate social media suitable responses and response strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years' experience specifically in social media strategy and execution, preferably in the retail or manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of social media strategies, platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, media, and tactics
- Experience in creating engaging content for paid social campaigns
- Confident in working across Meta Business Suite and/or TikTok Ads Manager
- Proven track record of delivering integrated organic and paid social campaigns and achieving performance metrics
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with an understanding of how to optimise campaigns to achieve desired outcome
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations
- Excellent project management and team working skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in décor, homeware, lifestyle space
- A toolbox of case studies of mechanisms that have worked to deliver different metrics
