About The Role:

The Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator will play an integral role in the execution and growth of Oner Active's global affiliate marketing program. This position combines operational excellence, relationship management, and analytical thinking to help scale one of the brand's fastest-growing channels. You'll work closely with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager to support the affiliate community; ensuring smooth processes, high-quality communication, and accurate tracking across all program touch points. You'll also bring curiosity and commercial understanding; recognising how affiliate partnerships can become a powerful global driver of new customer acquisition and long-term brand advocacy.

This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven and people-focused, but also understands the story behind numbers and can balance empathy with data and analytical thinking with growth ambition.

You'll be responsible for:

Affiliate Management & Administration:

• Manage the affiliate inbox, providing timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication.
• Create and maintain affiliate links, discount codes, and allowance schedules.
• Track affiliate activity and performance through spreadsheets or dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Support the monthly commission payment process, validating data and sharing bonus details with AWIN.
• Maintain the master affiliate sheet, including contact information, performance notes, and communication history.
  Send new allowance codes quarterly to the full affiliate roster.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Support onboarding of new affiliates, including product welcome pack coordination, code/link setup, and data entry.
  Assist with offboarding of inactive or non-compliant affiliates in collaboration with the wider team.

Talent Scouting & Outreach:

• Research and pre-qualify new affiliate prospects, analysing metrics such as engagement rate, audience alignment, and content quality.
  Maintain a clean, up-to-date outreach pipeline with verified contact details and notes for each potential affiliate.

Campaign & Activation Support:

• Assist with the coordination of affiliate-led activations, challenges, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all affiliate commitments are met.
  Monitor participation rates and feedback to inform future initiatives.

Community & Culture:

• Support the organisation of affiliate community events (virtual and in-person).
• Maintain positive, ongoing relationships through thoughtful and consistent communication.
• Coordinate affiliate and athlete birthday gifts or milestones, ensuring every interaction feels personal and on-brand.
• Collect and share feedback to identify pain points or opportunities for program improvement.

Experience using affiliate or influencer platforms such as AWIN, Lefty, Shopify Collabs, or Bitly.

Prior experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership management preferred.
