New Car Salesperson

Right Car are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales applicants to join our successful team based at our Renault/Dacia dealership in Hull.
Our ideal candidates will have the desire to become as prosperous as possible. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to all successful candidate(s). You will have a keen grasp on good customer service and be a capable people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and prospects and deliver an outstanding browsing/buying experience. This is a fabulous opportunity in a progressive company with excellent career opportunities and offering a very strong package.
Duties and Key Functions / Responsibilities of Entry Level Salesperson:
- Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
- Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability
- Provide industry leading customer service
- Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
- Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
- Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
- Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration

- £20,000 Basic Salary + Commission

Key Skills and Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexible to working patterns including Weekends / Bank holidays
- Ability to use iPad and Desktop
- Target driven
- Excellent listening and communication skills
