The successful candidate will be on an average salary of £25000 but can earn more with commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
• Provide detailed information about various car models, features, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers, highlighting the benefits of each vehicle.
• Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all vehicles are clean and presentable.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Upsell additional products and services, including warranties and maintenance packages.
• Utilise sales management software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.

Skills

• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-up calls professionally.
