Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our organisation for a highly organised, experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks and office management, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This challenging and varied role requires a team member with excellent communication skills, a strong focus on cutomer service, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records using Google Workspace
- Process invoices and manage accounts
- Process payroll and deal with new starters and leavers
- Full cycle HR administration from onboarding new starters, through to offboarding leavers
- Work closely with all team members
- Liaise with company and individual clients, business associates and company accountants
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong administrative background
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
- Experience with Sage for financial management is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
