This role is crucial to support and enable the operations team through effective administration and organisation of our York facility.- Our environment is like none other with the ambition, collaboration and innovation running through our people. You will be the key point of contact for all things Office and administration for York.**_Job Purpose

- As the Administrator you are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the office and wider company. _
- Key Responsibilities: _
- _Organising meetings and managing calendars _
- _Booking transport and accommodation _
- _Organising company events and conferences _
- _Keep stock of office supplies and IT equipment and place orders when necessary _
- _Preparing letters, presentations and reports _
- _Processing invoices and managing office budgets _
- _Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems _
- _Facilitating the induction of new employees _
- _Supporting with Bid administration or tenders. _
- _Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date _
- _Assist colleagues whenever necessary**_Qualifications & Experience _**
- _Experience in an administrative role _
- _Knowledge of administrative software packages _
- _Good interpersonal and time management skills _
