Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team for Tolent Living based in Team Valley, Gateshead.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a Tenant Liason officer role or who has previous customer care experience in repairs/ maintenance/ house building.
The Role you'd play as a Customer Care Coordinator:
· Responsible for managing all customer-related issues throughout the build and following handover until the end of the building/ home warranty period
· Recording reported defects accurately onto the defect management system
· Reporting defects to sub-contractors and ordering materials
· Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors/ clients to ensure the effective resolution of defects and customer queries
· Effectively handling customer complaints
· Support with the preparation of community involvement events
· Provide day to day administrative support as required
· Supporting all site teams with the compliance of the Considerate Constructors Scheme
QualificationsWhat you'd bring as a Customer Care Coordinator:
· Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a similar environment
· A thorough knowledge and level of computer literacy
· A strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
· Professional, assertive and confident communication skills; both in writing and over the phone
· Ability to be flexible whilst handling a wide variety of tasks
