As a Senior Market Analyst, you'll manage and deliver custom qualitative and quantitative research, while contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage primary and secondary research projects end-to-end


• Oversee logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project success


• Design and finalise research materials (discussion guides, surveys, analytical plans)


• Conduct and moderate in-depth interviews with industry experts


• Analyse and interpret complex data to build strategic, evidence-based narratives


• Develop and deliver engaging client presentations and reports


• Contribute to proposal writing and business development initiatives


• Mentor and support junior researchers

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about science, curious by nature, and motivated by solving real-world business challenges.


• A strong academic background in Life Sciences (BSc minimum; MSc/PhD preferred)


• 2+ years' experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical market research/consulting


• Experience managing qualitative and quantitative projects


• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and storytelling skills


• Strong communication and presentation abilities


• A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach


• Enthusiasm for developing both scientific and commercial expertise


• Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the office weekly
